Zhejiang Jinhuan Chain Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in October 1993, is a professional R & D and production chain enterprise. The factory covers a total area of 20000 square meters, with fixed assets of more than 30 million yuan, more than 200 sets of equipment, more than 100 employees and an annual production capacity of more than 10 million meters. The "Jinhuan" brand and "Jinhong" brand chains produced by the factory adopt national standards (GB) and international standards (ISO). The products sell well all over the country and are exported to Southeast Asia, South America, Africa and other regions.

What We Do

The main products of the factory are series a and B roller chains, motorcycle chains, standard and non-standard conveyor chains, plate chains, agricultural machinery chains and various special chains. In recent years, the enterprise has been investing money, relying on the progress of science and technology, accelerating the development of high-precision and high-strength chains, and constantly meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets.

In the process of implementing ISO9000 quality system, enterprises have gradually formed standard and scientific quality management system documents, established the whole process quality control system focusing on prevention, formed the mechanism of continuous improvement and virtuous cycle, and steadily improved product quality. The factory has complete equipment, advanced technology, perfect quality management system and complete testing means. A batch of production lines, new processes and new technologies with advanced level at home and abroad have been introduced or built successively, including mesh belt continuous heat treatment production line, tilting converter gas carburizing, carbonitriding production line, chain plate phosphating production line, oiling line, chain plate shot peening and chain pre drawing.
